International Restrictions:
At this time our website will not accept credit cards issued by non-US banks. If you have a credit card issued by an institution outside of the USA, you must use this order form to submit your order request (even if you have a US shipping address).
Products from Burton, The North Face, Oakley, Spyder and Salomon are not available for shipping outside of the USA. Other brand restrictions may apply.
How to Place an International Order via our Fax Order Form
- Fax the completed order form found here to 001-610-495-7229 (from Canada, please fax it to 1-610-495-7229). Please verify your email address and your credit card information. Incorrect or illegible information may delay or cancel your order. Please fill out the form completely!
- Include a copy of your credit card in the box provided.
- Approve or cancel the email order confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Faxing the form to us signifies that you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. All cancelled orders will be removed from our system and all credit card information will be destroyed.
