Do you ship to PO Boxes? Yes (for most items). Please select the US Postal Service for all orders being shipped to a PO Box. Large items like skis, snowboards, sleds and some bags cannot be shipped to a PO box. In these cases, you will need to select UPS.
I want to buy something but the site says it does not qualify for free shipping. Why is that? Certain items cannot be shipped under our free shipping policy because of the item's weight and/or larger dimensions. In order to ship the item, we need to charge a shipping fee to be able to ship the item safely and securely. Some Bargain items and select items in our Clearance department do not qualify for free shipping. These items will be marked.
If I place my order today, when will my order ship? We ship all orders from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm EST. Expedited orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days** of placing your order (Mon-Fri).
Please note, there are some UPS and USPS black out dates when there is no pick-up or delivery service (examples: Thanksgiving weekend Thursday-Sunday / Christmas and other Special Holidays). Orders placed during these times usually ship on the next business day after the holiday period is over.
My order is under $50. How will I be charged? Regular Ground rates will be charged for all orders under $50.

* Our Free shipping policy is applicable only to orders within the continental United States. It does not apply to residents of Hawaii or Alaska. It also does not apply to select over-sized items and select items in our Clearance and Close-Out departments. These items will be marked on the product's detail page and in the shopping cart. Free shipping can be applied when qualifying items are purchased in addition to specially marked. Our Bargain pricing may only affect select colors and sizes of a particular product. This special pricing will be highlighted in red in the item’s color and size selection box’s drop down menu. Bargain rates do not apply to non-highlighted color/size options.
Bargain priced items do not qualify for free shipping and are only valid while supplies last. These special discounts may be removed at any time and without warning.
** This does not include economy shipping. While we strive to ship all expedited orders within 24-48 hours, occasionally situations beyond our control cause unexpected delays. Should a problem arise we will do our best to get you the item(s) you ordered as fast as possible.
