Pros: Slip out of outer gloves easily; add warmth without bulk; Have pocket for hand warmers.
Cons: Not as durable as some others, but more useful
I would recommend this product.

I work on mountain @ Telluride ski area. Job requires often removing outer gloves. Most liners draw out the liner of the outer glove; these don't. Also being rather sheer, I can do many tasks with them on rather than bare hands. Pure silk would probably be even better, but much more expensive. These are a good value.
